Retrieval:

Withdrawals are for one-time use and there is no guarantee

The purchased goods are returned in the event of a manufacturing defect or malfunction, provided that the store is contacted immediately on the same day of receipt to complete the return process.

Replacement:

The replacement of flavors, pods and coils takes place in the event that the product has not been opened and is delivered in the form in which it was received from the store on the same day of receipt.
